Thursday, May 19, 2011. On Tuesday we made cheese. We could choose what flavour we wanted so Elaine and I chose strawberry and malteasers. There were so many processes to do to make it. I really enjoyed work experience, I liked working in the village at Lyons Cookery school because I really enjoy cooking. Thing To Do While I Still Can. 30 of us TYs headed off to Kippure in the Wicklow Mts. We were so excited and had bags full of food to last us a week even though we only went for one night.
