A thousand years in three weeks! October 29, 2011. The trip reinforced that in the Taoist nourishing life system, Meditation, Qigong and Tai Chi are energy exercise systems that provide grounding, healing and balance. This allows ones heart and mind to open to changes. I hope to see you at one of the upcoming classes. A favored exercise system for the summer is Tai Chi. It provides a safe cardio workout without over-stressing the bo.

Wudang Daoist Martial Arts Academy

The Wudang Daoist Martial Arts Academy. Is located at the Temple of the Returning Dragon. It was founded by Master Chen Shiyu in 2007. Master Chen Shiyu has been training in Wudang Shan for over 20 years. And is a 15th Generation Master of Zhang San Feng Wudang Kung Fu. We are a small schoo. L, and have a peaceful environment here. Here we live a Daoist way of life, and strive to be close to nature. Our school is somewhat hidden, and no tourists come here.
